After having occupied our home for a year now, I thought you should know how especially pleased and gratified we've been with the entire construction process. Thanks to you, I believe our new house exceeded all of our expectations and is lovelier than we imagined.
As a retired Boeing engineer, who has been involved in many large Air Force and NASA programs, I was truly impressed by how well you organized the entire project. All stages of the construction seemed to proceed more smoothly and quickly than I had anticipated. Your commitment and guidance during the entire project gave us both confidence and assurance that the final product would fulfill our vision and expectations, even though (I must admit) many of our ideas were a "work in progress." During the entire project we never felt there was a time when we weren't able to communicate with you our ideas or needs. And for this, we are most grateful.
I want to also commend you on your "people skills" and how successfully you were able to communicate and coordinate with me and my wife on design changes and other ideas we had during the construction process. More importantly, as we made changes I felt very comfortable with your approach and advice when explaining the costs and methodology used to implement those changes. This process was very professional and you experience provided us with confidence to consider the many design options available during the project.
Our special circumstances required the home to be built quickly when everyone else was estimating about 12 months for completion. You truly deserve special credit for accommodating our needs and completing this home within 6 months during the peek of your construction season.
I also want to mention briefly how impressed and pleased I was with your quick follow-up on those small items and details that are required to bring the job to final completion. As an engineer this really demonstrated to me that you had a commitment to quality of your product. I know from experience that these can be the most difficult tasks to complete and have a tendency to drag on "forever."
In closing, I'd like to say that our association with you has been a most successful and rewarding experience, and we look forward to many more satisfying and happy years in our new home.

I moved to North Carolina from California and my home is built beyond and standards I have ever seen. I believe that my home is built with the highest standards in craftsmanship, down to the smallest detail, my home is built so strong it could weather any storm.
In my opinion this is one of the most beautiful homes, I have ever seen. It has exceeded my expectations and working with you, Frank was a pleasure.
